Shipping Policy

At Vape4USA, we prioritize getting your order to you quickly and reliably. We offer a 1-4 business day shipping policy on all products. Orders placed by 5pm EST qualify for same-day shipping, although actual delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and holidays. These estimates help us ensure that you get your purchase in a timely manner, but certain factors outside of our control could cause delays.

Handling Time

We aim to process every order as fast as possible. However, please note that there is a 1 business day handling time on all orders. This handling period is the time we require to pack and prepare your order for shipment. Keep this additional day in mind when estimating your total delivery time, especially when placing orders close to weekends or holidays.

Shipping Days and Holidays

Our shipments go out Monday through Friday, but we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed late in the week or around holidays might experience a slight delay due to this schedule, so plan your purchases accordingly.

Adult Signature Requirement

To ensure that our products are only delivered to legal customers, we require an adult signature upon delivery. This added step helps us meet legal age verification requirements, protecting both our customers and the Vape4USA community.

Shipping to Physical Addresses Only

For now, Vape4USA only ships to physical addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes, so make sure to provide an accurate physical address at checkout. This allows our shipping partners to deliver your products safely and securely.

Shipping Carrier Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping carrier delays can sometimes happen, especially during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. We’ll keep you updated on your order status and do everything we can to resolve any delays. However, please note that we are not responsible for carrier-related delays.

Route Protection for Peace of Mind

At Vape4USA, we offer Route Protection for all orders. This optional insurance provides coverage in the event your package is lost or stolen during transit. If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, simply file a claim with Route to resolve the issue. This extra layer of protection gives you peace of mind, knowing that your purchase is secure every step of the way.
